You can now copy old yearbook layouts into your current yearbook account simply by using Book Builder

Please note: Cloning a previous year’s yearbook contents into your current account will replace all the contents on the pages of your current yearbook including the cover. If you have any designs or templates you would like to keep, please save those pages as templates before you continue

Once you have a page open, to access the book builder you will go to the settings tab on the top menu and select Book Builder in the drop down menu.

Next, you will be taken to the book building home screen. Click on the blue ‘Select Theme’ button to choose the theme for your yearbook.

In the theme list, the first theme will be your previous year’s yearbook. If you would like to clone in the content from a yearbook that was not the direct previous year, you will still click on this option:

Once you click on the previous yearbooks option, you will be brought to a preview of the yearbook and some book details, as well as a ladder preview. You will see drop down options here that let you choose what previous yearbook you would like to clone into your current account. You can chose last years yearbook, the year before that, or the year before that.

You can also choose whether you would like to import your photos from last year or import without last years photos

Once you have the setting the way you would like it, click the install theme button.

Please allow up to 20 mins for your theme to install, you can open your yearbook ladder in a new tab, to watch the progress of your yearbook being cloned into your account.
