How can I purchase proof books?

You can purchase proof books by using  virtual currency, known as Design Points. Most accounts are pre-loaded with Design Points. If you have run out of Design Points.

How much does a proof book cost?

Each proof book costs 3 Design Points, or $60 per book.

What will my proof book look like?

The cover of your proof book will reflect the type of book you are creating. If you are making a hardcover yearbook, you will receive a hardcover proof. If you are making a softcover yearbook, you will receive a softcover proof. Please note that if you have any special cover upgrades, such as a foil stamp, endsheets, etc they will not be included in your proof. 

Your proof book is best for checking the photos you have placed in the book making sure the image quality will print okay. 

What content is included in my proof book?

Proof books contain all the content you have created at the time of placing the order. If you continue to work on your project after ordering your proof book, any updates made after the request will not be included in that version of your proof.

How long does it take to receive a proof?

It takes 1-2 week plus shipping to receive your proof book (allow up to one week for shipping).

How do I order my proof book?

To order your proof book, go to the Create menu and select Proof Book.

Depending on the yearbook program, you will have the choice of up to three total proof books. Order each proof book by clicking Add to Cart.

Each proof book is set up with submission deadlines. This deadline is administered by your Account Manager. If you missed a deadline or feel you need an extension, please contact your Account Manager and they will be able to adjust your proof book deadline for you.

Next, enter the quantity of proof books you would like to order, 1 proof is free (one proof is worth 3 design points) with each submission deadline. The coupon code will automatically be applied. You can change the quantity, if needed, then click Check Out.

Fill out the form with your shipping information and submit by clicking Complete Order.

If no additional proof books were added you can simply complete your order and only be charge design points. If you added additional books, enter your credit card information and check out.
