Color:

All name plates will be silver

Parent Ordering Process:

After parents put in their student name and select to buy the book, they will be given the option to add a personalized name plate to their purchase.

If they choose to purchase one, they must type in the name they want on the plate EXACTLY how they want they want it to appear. Once they type the name they can select “Add & Continue”

Name Plates have a character restriction of 26 characters including spaces. Emoticons and other symbols/special characters are restricted

Orders:

Book orders with personalized name plates will show as a line item in each order with the purchased upgrade. This is visible under Track Yearbook Sales

Shipping:

Personalized Name Plates will be shipped in bulk separate from the yearbooks

The address you enter under yearbook sales will be used for the name plate shipping address. This can be a separate address than the bulk yearbook order

Name Plates should arrive approximately 1 week prior to your yearbook delivery

Application to Yearbooks/Best Practices:

Name plates should be given to the students/parents to the book so they can choose the location.

Name plates have a very strong adhesive and can only be applied once. We recommend planning out the best location for your name plate prior to removing the strip covering the adhesive backing

When adding the nameplate to the cover, we recommend using a straight edge, like a ruler or similar.

Due to the strong nature of the adhesive, attempting to remove the name plate to reapply it can damage your yearbook cover or lamination. Entourage is not liable for any covers damaged from attempting to remove a name plate. If a name plate is pulled off it will not be able to securely stick to another area of the yearbook.

We advise placing the name plates onto the book after the yearbooks have been signed to avoid scratching
