If you loved your design from last year, you can copy over your entire book to your current project. 

Please note: Cloning a previous year’s yearbook content into your current account will replace all the content on the pages of your current yearbook including the cover. If you have any designs or templates you would like to keep, please save those pages as templates before you continue

Once you have a page open, click Layouts in the left menu

Next, select My Templates & Pages

In this window you will select the book you want to copy by clicking the drop down area in the select a book field and then select Pages. 

Next select Clone This Book

In the Install Book window you can select to either install your book with or without photos from last year. Yes will copy over the pages with the photos, No will substitute all of the photos with “Drop Photo Here” boxes. 

Finally, confirm you are replacing all of the pages in your book by selecting Yes. This action cannot be un-done. 

Once you select Yes, you will see the progress on the bottom right side of your screen. Please do not work on the page as the content is installing.

Please allow up to 20 mins for your theme to install. Once completed you can start making edits to your pages.
