How to Submit Feedback

1. Use the “Give Feedback” Button

Inside the EDONext Designer, look for the Give Feedback button (located in the upper left corner).
Click the button, then:
Write your suggestion, bug report, or idea
Click Submit
 

Your message goes directly to the EDONext team.

2. Email Support (If Designer Is Not Loading)

If the issue prevents you from opening the designer, email:
support@entourageyearbooks.com

Include:
Your school name
Yearbook ID
Steps to reproduce the issue
Screenshots or video clips if possible

Tips for Helpful Feedback

Be as specific as possible
Describe what you expected to happen
Mention the tool, page, or feature involved
Note whether the issue is consistent or intermittent
Clear descriptions help developers resolve issues faster.
