Welcome to EDONext, the new next generation of the Entourage website. On EDOnext you will see updates to some existing features and functionality, plus the addition of some new ones.  Here is a brief overview of getting started on the new EDONext. 

Let's get started on a quick tour. 

First thing you will notice is logging in.  You can login with your same username and passwords as EDO, but new to EDONext is single-sign-on using your Google account. Keep a look out for more single sign on methods coming soon. 

Once on the project Dashboard, you will notice a new feature for EDONext is “My Content” on the left menu bar. In this new section you can upload photos and other media without being inside a yearbook project. This will allow you to use these uploads in multiple projects, without having to upload them multiple times. 

In the “My Content” section you can upload png, jpg heic, pdf.

You can upload these medias from your computer, phone, copy a link from a website, Import from Facebook, Dropbox, and Google Drive.

If you navigate back to “My Projects”, You can select your current yearbook project to login to that account. 

Once in the account, you will see a new main page. 

Starting from the top Header bar,  EDONext supports multiple languages including: English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, German, and Hebrew. Which can be easily toggled from the drop down in the top right. 

The menu items have been reorganized to help find exactly want you need. Design has been renamed to “Create”.

Another change you will notice is the breadcrumb trail that will track your previous pages and easily allow you to navigate back to other pages. 

Finally, the Main dashboard page has the overview of your account at a glance. 

Number or people (student data for people pages), number of yearbooks sold, your page and book count.  Also there is a page progress bar, with your page statuses. 

You will see the recent photo uploads. Then your yearbook team. 

On the right are your quick getting started buttons.
