If you are currently experiencing trouble with using EDOnline, please try the following steps to resolve the issue. If these steps do not resolve the issue for you, please call our tech support line so that we may further assist you.

Browser Recommendations

If possible, please use Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. Many minor issues can be fixed by switching to these browsers with a larger capacity than other browsers!

Clearing Cache on Google Chrome

Let’s try clearing your browsing history and cached files. Clearing your browsing history and cached files will help refresh the EDOnline pages you’re using. If you are unfamiliar with clearing the browsing history and cached files on Google Chrome, please view the steps below.

In Google Chrome, find the three vertically stacked dots in the upper right corner of the browsing window. Click on the three dots icon, then select Delete browsing data in the available menu, and select Delete browsing data to open the sub-menu.

In the popup window, click on Basic and ensure it is emphasized in blue. Check the boxes for Cached images and files. This will clear all current cache files affecting the designer's performance.

Clearing Cache on Firefox

To clear the browsing history and cached files in Firefox, find the three horizontal lines stacked in the upper right corner of the browsing window. Click on that icon then select History, then Clear Recent History. This will open the Clear All History tab in your browser.

First, make sure that the time range selected in the drop-down menu is set to Everything. Then, make sure that Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Cache are all checked. The other checkboxes can be left blank. Finally, click the OK button.

Clearing your computer's history and cached files at least once a week is great for the device's health, not just for connecting to our site.

Note: It may log you out of any email or accounts you were logged into while you cleared the data.
