Entourage Yearbooks National Yearbook Contest is one of the year's most anticipated events! Our yearbook council is excited to see the entries from all grade levels. 

Before entering, we will break down the rules of entry and categories. 

Entries:

All entries must be the work of a school using Entourage Yearbooks as their 2025 Yearbook Publisher.
The content submitted for the contest must have appeared in the 2025 Yearbook. Each school can submit up to four entries for the Page Layout and Photography categories.
You must include the title of your entry and a paragraph explaining the inspiration and direction of your design or theme.

Entries may appear on the Entourage Yearbooks websites and in future marketing materials.

Entries start on May 1st!

How to Enter:

First, go to your yearbook ladder and click the Help tab in the top menu.

Next, select the Yearbook Contest button on the bottom left side of the help menu. This will open the contest dashboard, listing all categories: Yearbook, Cover Design, Page Design, and Photography. From here, you can select what categories to enter(you are not required to enter all categories).

Once you submit your designs, they will be organized by grade and category for our judges to evaluate.

Judging Process:

Winners will be announced online - and contacted by email in October.
A combination of Entourage Yearbooks Specialists and Guest Judges will judge entries.
Our guest judges will each have professional experience in Yearbooks, Journalism, Graphic Design, Photography, or Publishing.

The entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• The design shows a creative graphic style that is appropriate to the content and audience.
• The design is original and does not include any content that is plagiarized or violates copyright law.
   

Prizes: Will be awarded directly to Schools thatt place in thhe school. 
Remembee top 3 in each category will gr toin their school.te for your online favet a plaque, andorites! Prizes will also credits towards .line favorite winners!
Voting will begin later in the summer.
