What is LiNK! and how can I use it?
LiNK by Entourage Yearbooks is a service to provide the ongoing “link” between your yearbook and your community. At Entourage, we believe yearbooks will be an important means to preserve memories for years to come. It was, after all, one of the original forms of social media before online social media existed. But yearbooks are going through a change. Entourage is helping to lead that change by providing a way to use yearbooks as a way to stay connected, not only through your bound book, but through online “links” as well.
HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS VIA LINK
1. Go to link.entourageyearbooks.com
2. Search for your school in the School Name field. If there is more than one account listed, please make sure that you select the title with the current year. You can also filter the results by typing in your school’s City and State
3. Click the Photos button under Upload 
5. You will be redirected to an upload screen. Choose or create a photo category where you want your photos to be uploaded. Click the Browse button to select the photo files from your computer. You may also open the folder containing the files, select the photos, then drag and drop them to the uploader. You will see the status of your upload as well.
6. Review your uploaded photos. You may add captions that will help the yearbook staff use your photos correctly, then click the Update Photo Information button to save.
7. Click Back To Your School if you wish to upload videos or other contents, or to purchase yearbooks or ads.
HOW TO UPLOAD VIDEOS
1. In the yearbook LINK page, click the Video button under Upload
2. Click Choose Files to browse the files on your computer then select the file that you’d like to upload. Please note that you can only upload .mp4, .mov formats, and can only select one file at a time
3. Type a short description then click the UPLOAD FILE button. You’ll see the status of your upload and will be redirected if the upload is successful.
Upload contents like PDFs, Word Files, Excel Documents, etc. through LINK.
1. In the school’s LINK page, click the Content button under Upload.
2. Click Choose Files to browse the files on your computer then select the document that you’d like to upload. You may only select one file at a time.
3. Type a short description then click UPLOAD FILE. You’ll see the status of your upload and will be redirected if the upload is successful.
HOW TO PURCHASE YEARBOOKS VIA LINK
1. Go to link.entourageyearbooks.com
2. Search for your school in the School Name field. If there is more than one account listed, please make sure that you select the current year.
3. Click Buy Books
4. Fill in any required information then click the Buy Book button.
5. LOGIN or REGISTER using your email address
6. You'll be redirected to your Shopping Cart. Update the quantity if you wish to purchase more than one book, and opt to include add-ons (like personalization) or use discount coupons depending on the options set by your school. Click Checkout to proceed with billing, shipping and paymentn information
HOW TO CREATE AND PURCHASE YEARBOOK ADS
1. Go to link.entourageyearbooks.com and search for your school in the School Name field.
2. Click the Buy Ads button
8. Complete the checkout process, and enter your billing and payment information
HOW TO CONNECT YOUR LINK ACCOUNT TO YOUR SCHOOL’S WEBSITE
If you are the school’s yearbook admin and you wish to add your yearbook’s LINK account to your school’s website, you may do so by following these steps:
- Go to www.entourageyearbooks.com and log in with your username and password
- Access your yearbook project

Click the COLLABORATE tab
- Get in contact with your IT department and have them copy and paste these codes to add specific buttons to your school website.
