Late Book Orders or Post Approval Yearbooks Sales

Allow your community to order their yearbooks, at any time.
Traditionally when you submit your book project for final approval, your online store will turn off and it’s required that you put in the total amount of books you would like to order which would include those orders placed online. With setting up Post approval sales for late book, this will allow you to turn your store back on for anyone who wants to order a book directly from us and have the book sent directly to their homes.
To set up your account for this service, go to the SELL tab in your account and select ‘Manage Yearbook Sales‘. Select Inventory and Approval Sales on the left side menu, and you will see the option Allow Post Approval Yearbook Sales. Select ‘On’ next to it and it will indicate the post approval price for each book.

Post Approval Sales will be available to everyone the day you submit for production or as soon as you have it turned on after approval.
NOTE: Books that are sold after approval will be sold at a premium, which means that they will be a higher price than the original price you charged during the year in your store.
Shipping:
Yearbooks ordered through Post Approval Sales will be shipped directly to the purchaser's address, not to your school. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. Please note that shipping fees will be added at checkout and are not included in the Post Approval Sales pricing. This process makes things easier for you after approving your project, as you will not need to track or distribute any orders placed after submission. Once your project has been submitted for production, all Post Approval Sales orders are handled directly with the purchaser.
Turning off Post Approval Sales:
If you would like to turn off post approval sales, go to Sell > Manage Yearbook Sales and in the Inventory and Approval Sales section, change the Allow Post Approval Sales option to Off.
