Definitely! To insert shapes with solid colors:

  • Open the Elements Toolbar
  • Choose Shapes from the menu.
  • Insert a square shape onto your page.
  • Resize the Shape
  • Drag the corners of the shape to extend it over the entire page or spread, covering the background area.
  • With the shape selected, go to the Fill Toolbar.

  • Choose your desired solid color for the background.

✅ Tip: Use consistent background colors across similar sections (e.g., all grade levels) for a polished and organized look.
