To access this feature, click the Sell tab, select Manage Yearbook Sales. then click the button labeled “Set Up Online Sales“.

The last feature in the setup page is now the eYearbook Add-On. Switching on this feature will automatically add the eYearbook to the LINK user’s cart page when adding the yearbook to cart. Please note, the eYearbook can be deleted from the cart page if the LINK user doesn’t wish to make this purchase featured below.

In your online sales setup page, you’ll switch on the option, and then select when the eYearbook should become available to those who’ve purchased it with the yearbook.

Once the book has been approved for production, the eYearbook will be available on the app with the access code provided to customers in their Order Confirmation Email.
