Your yearbook home page is the first page you will see after selecting your project.

It holds quick information such as your page count, your book sales, and the # of books you're ordering.  If you scroll down it also shows who is involved with this project as well as recently uploaded photos.

You can also return to your previous page at any point by clicking “dashboard” or select a different book by clicking “projects”.

Getting Started with EDOnline

On the right of your dashboard, you will see 3  buttons. These are the most commonly used features when creating your yearbook project.

1. Uploading Photos: Click to begin uploading photos to your yearbook. To learn more about uploading photos, click here. (<----needs new link)
2. View Deadlines: Click to view when your first deposit is due, your first and second submission deadlines, and your final deadline. These deadlines are estimates, and if you think you need more time on any of them, please call your Account Manager and request an extension. Click here for more information about your deadlines.
3. Design Pages: Click to open the EDOnline Designer. You can start building your yearbook from here. Click here for more information about designing a page.

These icons will change as you continue working on your yearbook. For example, once you are close to submitting for production, Design page will change to Submit for Production, and View Deadlines will change to Enter the Yearbook Contest once you have submitted for final production.  (is this still accurate Nicole?)

Navigating Your Yearbook

Manage Tab

This tab allows you to manage your account in various ways. You can edit your book specs and account information, set up your staff members, adjust staff permissions, view your deadlines, manage your pages in your yearbook ladder, and view anything that has been uploaded for you to use in the building of your book.

Upload Tab

This tab allows you to upload photos, pages, and other content if you choose to design a page in a different software. You can upload PDFs, and certain photo file types like PNG, JPG / JPEG, and HEIC.  Your uploads will also appear in the “recent photos” section of the home page for convenience!

Sell Tab
The Sell tab is all about your yearbook store.  You can view your cumulative sales, the revenue you've generated, and check your previous year's sales to get the information you need for marketing

Create Tab

This tab will give you the option to go directly into your page designer, or your cover designer from anywhere on the website!

Help Tab 

This tab provides instant access to extra support from our technical staff. You can access software and yearbook guides, video tutorials, sign up for online webinar training, and contact our support directly via Live Chat, phone or email.
