You can set up your account to sell your yearbooks by setting up a secure online yearbook store. Our LINK stores are an easy way for your school community to easily purchase a yearbook.  Click the video to go over everything you need to know!

1. Go to the Sell tab on your main account dashboard, and select Setup LINK from the drop down menu. 

2. Under My Sales, click on Set up Online Sales to begin setting up your online store.

3. Turn on online yearbook sales for your account by clicking on the toggle button next to 'Would you like to turn on online sales for *NAME OF PROJECT*? and clicking YES. This will make the Yes button blue. You can also choose to allow or not to allow Post Approval Yearbook Sales and FREE e-yearbook Add-On. Click Continue to proceed.

4. Next, you will be required to fill out your Price and Purchase Deadlines. These fields allow you to control the store settings for your yearbook sales.

• How much would you like to sell your yearbooks for?
• What is the primary purchase deadline for this yearbook? In this field, enter the last day you would like your books to be available for online sales. We suggest closing your online sales at least one day before final approval, so you know how many books to order. If you do not change the default value, the deadline will auto-populate your final approval deadline date.
• Would you like to set up a 2nd and 3rd deadline with higher prices? This field lets you choose if you want to set up different pricing for different times in the year. If you choose to enable this, you may put in up to 3 books prices and 3 different deadlines.
• Book Inventory. This field lets you put a limit on the number of books that you want to sell online. Press Continue to set up Shipping and Upgrades.
• What shipping options are available for your yearbook? Individual shipping is an upgrade. If you would like to ship your books individually, please contact your sales rep.

• What yearbook upgrades are available? Select if you'd like to include Name Plates or Name Foil Personalizations and its color, then click Continue to complete the Product Information page.

• Fill in a description of your product. This will be the item description that customers will see in the online store.

• Any additional required information?
• Choose Your Product Icon. This image will display on your online store. You can pick one of our default images, or upload your own! 

5. Once you have filled everything out, click Save. Your LiNK website store should be up and running now! To check this, you can go to link.entourageyearbooks.com and search the name of your school, or by clicking the link under My Link URL on the Setup LINK page. You may also personalize the URL by clicking the Setup Dedicated URL button, as well as the LINK store's page color and picture by using the + Personalize Link option.
