Yearbook Delivery FAQs
Get answers to commonly asked questions about the delivery of your yearbook, including shipping dates, and tracking information.
When will my books be delivered?
Your books will be delivered on the date you select in Step 3. If rush is available you will be able to select a sooner delivery date for an additional fee. *Rush dates are subject to availability
Where will my books be delivered?
Books will be delivered in bulk to the address you fill out on your approval form in Step 3. We recommend shipping the bulk order directly to the school instead of a private address/house. Books are shipped via FedEx and are unable to be delivered to PO boxes.
Please be sure to add the school name and the person accepting the delivery if applicable. Verify there is a C / O person to receive the order.
If you have individual shipping the books will be sent individually out to the addresses inputted for each order.
How will my order be packaged?
Books will be shipped in sturdy double-wall boxes sealed with tape. Inside the boxes, the books will be a weatherproof moisture bag.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be sure to check the delivery date on your tracking to prepare for delivery.
My books arrived, what should I do next?
Bring the boxes inside ASAP and inspect the books. You should count the books and number of boxes to ensure you have your full order.
Store the books in a cool dry place until it is time to distribute the books
It’s time to distribute the books, how do I know who ordered?
You can view your yearbook orders by going to the sell tab and selecting “Manage Yearbook Sales”
On the left menu, select “Track Yearbook sales”
You can then view the orders and download the list of orders by selecting the green “download” button.
Once received, the adviser will hand out the books to the appropriate individuals.
