You can create new photo categories in Manage Photos

  • In your account, click on Manage > Manage Photos from the main menu.

  • Click on the blue bar that says + Create Photo Category.

  • Type in the category name (for example: “Grade 6,” “Staff,” or “Sports Teams”).

  • Set Category Permissions: Choose whether the category will be Open or Locked:

Open: Anyone with the upload link can upload photos into this category.

Locked: Only admins or designated users can upload photos into the category.

  • Save the Category: Once you’ve entered the details, save your new photo category. It will now appear in your photo manager list.

✅ Tip: Use clear and consistent names for categories (e.g., “Grade 1,” “Grade 2,” instead of just “Photos”) so it’s easier to organize and manage them later.
