How Do I Fix Mismatched Names on People Pages?
To fix mismatched names on People Pages, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the Name Frame Tagging
If you manually adjust people page templates provided by our library, your names might flow in out of order because the “order” of the frames hasn't actually changed.
Click directly on the name frame that is showing incorrectly.
Right-click and select Properties.
Look at the profile position (tag).

The number you see is the “order” in which people are going to flow. so the photo and name frames should start with tag 1, 2, 3, and so on. Moving said frames elsewhere doesn't change the number assigned to the frame, and thus, people will flow out of order / mismatched
Step 2: Match the Name Frame to the Photo Frame
Ensure that the photo frame and the name frame are tagged with the same profile position.
If they don’t match, the system may think they belong to two different people, leading to duplicate names. Update the profile position accordingly.

Step 3: Reflow the People
Once the frames are tagged correctly, clear the page by going to People > Clear Left People or Clear Right People.
Reflow the people onto the page again. The duplicates should now be gone.

Tip
Always double-check frame order and tagging before flowing. Even one mismatched tag can cause duplicate names or photos to appear.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve any mismatched names on your People Pages.
