How to add a Person to the People Page?

There are three ways to add a person to your People Page:
1. Flow Automatically
- Go to People > Add Person.

- Enter the person’s information (name, grade, etc.) and include the file name of their photo when uploading.
- If there are enough frames on the page, the system will automatically flow the student’s photo and information into place.
2. Go to Manage> Manage People Data then from the upper right corner click on Add New Person and fill in the information.

3. Add Manually if the People is not flowed.
- Insert a drop photo box from the Shapes and Text Box menu.
- Go to the Photo Tab and search for the student’s photo by file name.
- Drag and drop the photo into the frame.
- Insert a text box and manually type in the student’s name.
💡 Tip: Flowing saves time for large groups, while manual placement gives you more design flexibility.
