In EDONext, the mini ladder preview gives you a quick way to see who is working on each page of your yearbook. Before even opening a page, you can track activity across your spreads, making it easier to stay organized, avoid conflicts, and keep your project moving smoothly.

The Ladder preview is available in the designer and will be on the right side of the page. If the Ladder preview is not open, click Ladder in the top tool bar to open

While the Ladder is open, on the bottom left corner of each page preview that someone currently has open, you will see a lock icon with the first letter of their profile name.

If you hover over the lock, it will show the full username for who is on the spread.

If you are an admin and need to clear page locks, check out our article here.
