I flow my people in the page but they did not populate, what am I doing wrong?

If you’ve already flowed your people onto a page but they did not appear, it usually means there’s a small mismatch between your data and the page setup. Here’s how you can fix it:

  1. Check that your people are uploaded correctly
  2. Go to Manage People Data and make sure all your students and staff are listed there.
  3. Confirm that their photos are attached to their names.
  4. On the page where you want the people to appear, go to the People menu. 

 

  1. Select either Clear Left People or Clear Right People (depending on which side of the page you want to reset).
  2. After clearing, reflow the people again. This usually resolves the issue.
