I flow my people in the page but they did not populate, what am I doing wrong?
If you’ve already flowed your people onto a page but they did not appear, it usually means there’s a small mismatch between your data and the page setup. Here’s how you can fix it:
- Check that your people are uploaded correctly
- Go to Manage People Data and make sure all your students and staff are listed there.
- Confirm that their photos are attached to their names.
- On the page where you want the people to appear, go to the People menu.
- Select either Clear Left People or Clear Right People (depending on which side of the page you want to reset).
- After clearing, reflow the people again. This usually resolves the issue.
