How to insert placeholder text 

Step 1) Size your text box to the size you would like it to be and click Edit/Spell Check in the Quick Menu. This feature is under the Advanced section 

Step 2) Select Placeholder in the edit/spell check menu 

Step 3) View your placeholder text and select Update Text to apply it to your text box

Step 4) Close the menu and view your placeholder text on the page. If you re-size your box and want to keep it filled, you will need to repeat the process above.
