New Feature Alert! 

Our Team Chat feature makes collaboration easy by allowing everyone involved in your yearbook—advisors, students, and staff—to communicate directly within the designer. Whether you’re reviewing layouts, asking questions, or sharing ideas, Team Chat keeps all conversations in one convenient place.

Key Features

Real-Time Messaging: Chat with your team instantly without leaving the designer.

Group Conversations: Include everyone working on the book for a collaborative experience while working apart

Collaboration on Layouts: Discuss pages, suggest changes, and make decisions as a team.

 

How to Use Team Chat

Enable Team Chat: *Only admins can enable this feature 

Click on the top left Settings Icon and then select Settings in the pop up. In the settings menu, select Team Chat

Next, toggle the off button to turn it on

Open Team Chat: Click the Team Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the designer.

Start a Conversation: Type your message in the chat box and press Enter to send.

Reply to Messages: Respond directly to messages to keep discussions organized.

Stay Informed: Check back regularly for new messages or notifications to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Keep messages clear and concise to make collaboration smooth.

Encourage team members to check the chat frequently during design sessions.
