How do I connect my index?

Follow these steps to make sure your students’ photos and data are properly matched in the system:
Step 1: Upload Student Photos
- Log in to your account.
- Under the MANAGE tab, go to Manage Photos and upload all student photos into the People Pages category, or, you can go to Manage People Data and upload the photos there
- Click the UPLOAD PHOTOS AND STUDENT INDEX button to begin the upload process.

- Be sure to select the correct photo category. If you skip this step, the system will not allow you to upload the photos.
- Click Browse to locate the photo files from your computer, or drag and drop your photo files directly into the upload box.
- Wait for the photos to finish uploading before moving to the next step.
Step 2: Add Students and Staff into the Book
- There are two ways to connect people to the yearbook:
- Option 1: Use an index file provided by your photographer (if available).
- Option 2: If you don’t have one, you can create your own index file and upload it manually.
Step 3: Upload the Index File
- Click the blue UPLOAD button again to start uploading the index.
- Select the same category you used when uploading the photos.
- A new window will open. The system will automatically split the index data into columns (such as first name, last name, grade, etc.).
- Carefully review the columns and make sure all the data matches correctly.

- Once everything looks correct, click the green CONFIRM button at the top right to finalize the data.
✅ After these steps, your index will be connected, and students and staff will be properly linked to their photos in the yearbook system.
