How to Re-order More Books
The guide on to re-order more books or make a re-order with changes
Part 1) Placing a Re-Order
Now that you have Submitted your Book for production, there may come a time when you need to re-order more books for the school. In order to do so here are the steps to do so.
First, you will login and click on the “Manage” tab and go to “Manage Ladder.” There you will click on the “Reorder More Books” button on the top right of the section.

Once there you will begin by click on the delivery button so you can add the address you would like for the books to be delivered.

After you apply the delivery address to that section you can then select the amount of books you would like to re-order.

Side note: If you order under 20 books, there is an additional $50 fee, but if you order 20 books or more there is no fee. The minimum amount of books you can order is 5.
When it comes to payment method, you can choose credit card and the card we have on file will be charged so that you books go straight to production. You can choose check if you are going to submit a check. Our billing department will then send you an invoice once the order is processed.
Part 2) How to make a Re-Order with Changes
Once you receive your books, there may come a time when you notice a mistake that was made and you have to fix it.
First thing you have to do is contact your the Support team and let them know you need to open the book to make a correction and place a reorder. We then open your book for you so you access the pages to make the necessary changes.
Once you make the fixes to the book, you then will go to “manage ladder” to follow the steps from part 1 at the top of the page.
Side Note: There is a $50 fee to open the book back up outside of the cost per book. If you have questions, our tech support team will be able to answer them.
